This coloring sheet with the White House, Abraham Lincoln and George Washington will be fun for President’s Day. The holiday, officially called Washington’s Birthday, was first celebrated in 1879 as a holiday in the District of Columbia, and then in 1885 it was extended to all federal offices. Now commonly called President’s Day, we recognize Abraham Lincoln (whose birthday also falls in mid-February) as well as the accomplishments of all our presidents.
