There are some wonderful sites for making music online you might want to check out, particularly if you have a young one who is particularly interested in music. Here are several that we enjoy:
Tone Matrix – go check this one out whether you’re interested in music much or not. It’s sort of addictive. You click on the little squares to turn them on and it plays through your creation over and over.
JamStudio.com – choose your chords, instruments and variations and then play the composition you’ve written.
AmpleDesign.co.uk – paint your music at this site with variety of instruments and visual effects.
Tony B Machine – play on this hand drawn keyboard and mixer

I’d like to thank you for this website and all the other websites! As a Military Mom who has been deployed 3 times and is going on a 4th one, spend as much possible time doing different things with my son. He is 9 and has alot of knowledge and is in the gifted child program and always likes to be creative and is very ingenuity. We really enjoyed all the music websites!
Thank you all for these wonderful websites!
I agree with Christine. Your site is very informative. I have actually used Jam Studio and it’s fun! I would also suggest Sonic Producer to make beats online even though it could be a little bit more advanced for kids. My little nephew got the grasp of it very quickly.
There is a lot of young individuals who do possess musical talent of note who don’t follow through. Creativity is either a gift or something that is worked at. As Tamara pointed out Sonic Producer is a great tool that allows the young aspiring musican to create or Make beats on lyrics or poetry. It’s easy and fun to use.
At the end you can download your tunes as Mp3’s and share it with friends or YouTube it!!
