My favorite Halloween costume I originally made for myself, but it would be easy to replicate for a child. I bought some shiny green fabric and then did a little shopping in the already-up Christmas department of the local drugstore and bought some cheap tinsel. Decorate the fabric with the tinsel, pin it around you and tada...last year's Christmas tree!
