Make an indoor golf game

Okay, this isn’t exactly free but it’s pretty cheap and I thought it was such a great idea I had to post it. The creative mom at the Scribbit blog posted about making a golf game for her kids out of dowel rods and aluminum cans. The only tools you need are a saw, a drill and some glue.  Such a great idea- I can’t wait until my son is old enough so I can try it.

What a really neat idea! Kinda reminded me of my grandma’s croqet set!

So glad you liked it, it’s been popular with my kids.

[...] Scribbit – I can’t remember how I stumbled across Michelle’s blog, but I’m glad I did. I participated in Michelle’s “Write Away” contest last month and have been a regular reader ever since. She is a mother of 4 from Alaska, but her blog is about much more than raising children. She posts about a variety of interesting topics and is obviously very intelligent. It’s always interesting reading. I featured her instructions on making an indoor golf game on my FreeStuff4Kids site recently. Check out her cute Easter Peeps Treat idea. [...]
